Liz LaRose, APR

Background

Liz LaRose, APR is the director of marketing at Crotched Mountain Foundation in Greenfield, NH
www.crotchedmountain.org. She brings over 18 years of experience in marketing and communications for businesses and nonprofits to this position.  

Liz came to Crotched Mountain Foundation from LaRose Marketing Communications, Inc. in Peterborough, where she was president and consultant for the past 13 years. In her capacity there, she provided virtual marketing director services to clients in the health and human services, disability, environmental and professional services industries.

Prior to opening LaRose Marketing Communications in 1997, Liz was an account executive at Quantic Communications, Inc. in Andover, MA. She managed integrated marketing campaigns for clients such as Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq, Inc. magazine, and NECX. Prior to that, Liz was a project manager at Windsor Communications in Hollis, NH.

Community Service

Liz serves on the Giving Monadnock steering committee at Hannah Grimes Center in Keene, NH. She is a former member of the board of trustees for Giving Monadnock, where she served as chair of the communications committee and co-chair of the communications and programs committee. She has been a presenter for both Giving Monadnock and The Corporate Fund's Fundraising Institute, hosting full- and half-day seminars on communications topics.


Liz also serves on the marketing comittee for Arts Alive! in Keene, NH. She is a past member of the board of trustees for the Harris Center for Conservation Education in Hancock, NH. There, she was co-chair of the marketing and development committee and sat on the executive and strategic planning committees. Prior to joining the board, Liz served as communications chair for the Harris Center's $1.8 million building campaign.

Since moving to the Monadnock Region in 2001, Liz has served on the Town of Sharon, NH Conservation Commission and is currently the chairperson.
