The Bond Wellness Center In 2005 the Bond Wellness Center (BWC), a medically-based fitness center, approached LaRose Marketing to help increase membership levels. LaRose Marketing worked with the director, membership services coordinator and fitness coordinator to develop and successfully execute a plan that significantly increased membership over a two-year period. Prior to planning marketing activities, the group analyzed and improved marketing and operational practices throughout the center to ensure that the membership drive would be successful. The team also set up systems for analyzing financial returns on investment for each marketing initiative. Once the marketing plan launched, LaRose Marketing and the team worked closely together to monitor, measure and adjust the plan and operational practices to meet the high response rate. LaRose Marketing continues to assist BWC in the retention phase of this marketing program and in planning for long-term membership growth through sustainable marketing, sales and retention practices. |
